If you do not receive a satisfactory reply to communications or enquiries about the accessible information technology of this website, you can appeal to the Ombudsman's Office for Accessible Information Technology of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW). The Ombudsman's Office is assigned to the officer dealing with the interests of people with disabilities and is legally consolidated in Sections 10d, 10e BGG NRW (Disabled Persons Equality Act) and Sections 9 et seq.
