You will receive such a notification if emergency calls were made from your mobile device multiple times, even though there was no emergency.

Please only use the emergency call app in case of accidents, life-threatening situations or if you or other people are in danger.

If you did not make any emergency calls or the emergency calls were justified from your point of view, please contact our technical support.

If you have deliberately used the app when an emergency did not exist: Refrain from doing so in the future. This is the only way you can be sure that you will still be able to use the app and receive timely assistance in the event of an emergency.
