Information on flagging of your app emergency calls

You will receive such a notification if emergency calls were made repeatedly and multiple times from your mobile device, although there was no emergency. If you receive this notification, we have already informed you before that such emergency calls violate the terms of use of the nora emergency call app.

In case of future emergency calls with your emergency call app, the operators in the emergency control center will be informed via a corresponding marker that emergency calls have already been made multiple times and repeatedly from your device, although no emergency existed.

You can still make emergency calls.

However, please only use the emergency call app in case of accidents, life-threatening situations or if you or other people are in danger. Otherwise, your emergency call app may be blocked.

If you did not make any emergency calls or the emergency calls were justified from your point of view, please contact our technical support.
